Company Purpose

Die Gesellschaft bezweckt auf gemeinnütziger Basis den Betrieb von Rehabilitationskliniken und Ambulatorien im Kanton Zürich. Der Betrieb erfolgt im Rahmen von Leistungsvereinbarungen mit der Gesundheitsdirektion des Kantons Zürich und mit anderen Kantonen und umfasst die rehabilitationsmedizinische Grundversorgung. Weiter bezweckt die Gesellschaft die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in allen die Rehabilitation betreffenden medizinischen und administrativen Bereichen. Die Gesellschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen und Zweigniederlassungen sowie Tochtergesellschaften errichten. Sie kann Grundeigentum erwerben, verwalten und veräussern.
