Company Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt auf gemeinnütziger Basis Menschen mit Behinderung in umfassender Weise beizustehen, namentlich durch den Betrieb von Wohnheimen, insbesondere des „Wohnheim Acherli" und seinen Aussenwohngruppen in Bern-Bethlehem. Dienstleistungen jeder Art im Bereich der Behindertenfürsorge. Der Verein kann Grundstücke erwerben und veräussern sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, welche geeignet sind, den Zweck des Vereins zu fördern oder welche damit in Zusammenhang stehen. Insbesondere kann er sich an gleichartigen Institutionen beteiligen, diese zum Betrieb übernehmen oder Kooperationsvereinbarungen eingehen.
