Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern gesunden und günstigen Wohnraum mietweise zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Genossenschaft a) Bauland ankaufen und darauf Wohnhäuser erstellen b) Liegenschaften erwerben c) die genossenschaftlichen Wohnungen vermieten oder verkaufen, wobei die Mitglieder der Genossenschaft, deren im Hause aufgewachsene Nachkommen oder deren im Hause wohnhafte Verwandte Vorrang geniessen.
