Company Purpose

Erstellung, Unterhalt, Verwaltung, Vermietung und Veräusserung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen. Als Mieter sollen in erster Linie Genossenschafts-Mitglieder berücksichtigt werden. Grossflächige Wohnungen sollen primär an Familien vermietet werden; vollständige Zweckumschreibung gemäss Statuten.
