Company Purpose
Den Mitgliedern gesunde und preiswerte Wohnungen und Garagen-/Autoabstellplätze zu verschaffen durch Übernahme von Land im Baurecht oder zu Eigentum, Erstellung von Wohnhäusern und Garagen-/Autoabstellplätzen, Vermietung der Wohnungen in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder und in zweiter Linie an andere Mieter zu vorteilhaften Mietzinsen.
