Company Purpose
Ausrichtung von Vorsorgeleistungen an die Arbeitnehmer der Stifterfirma (und mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen) sowie an deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität und Arbeitslosigkeit. Die Stiftung bezweckt ausserdem die Finanzierung und Leistung von Beiträgen der Stifterfirma (sowie mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen) an steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, denen sich die Stifterfirma angeschlossen oder die sie selbst errichtet hat.
