Company Purpose

Erhaltung der Werke von Karl Peterli, Karl Glauner, Werner Hilber und weiterer Wiler Künstler sowie die Verwaltung ihres künstlerischen Nachlasses und dessen Präsentation in der Öffentlichkeit. Die Stiftung kann Werke dieser Künstler von Dritten erwerben. Bei der Veräusserung von Werken aus dem Nachlass von Karl Glauner ist die Auflage des Erblassers einzuhalten, wonach 10% des Reinerlösses "für gute Zwecke" zu verwenden ist. Die Stiftung unterstützt die allfällige wissenschaftliche Arbeit über das Werk der ihr zugehörigen Künstler.
