Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in der Hauptsache die Förderung der wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse ihrer Mitglieder, insbesondere durch - die Versorgung der Landwirtschaft und weiterer Kreise mit Produktionsmitteln, Verbrauchsgütern, Technologien und Dienstleistungen; - die Abnahme, Lagerung und Vermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundeigentum erwerben und veräussern sowie Zweigniederlassungen errichten, Tochtergesellschaften gründen, Stiftungen errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen oder mit ihnen Kooperationsverträge abschliessen. Die Genossenschaft kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche geeignet sind, die Entwicklung der Genossenschaft und die Erreichung des Zweckes der Genossenschaft zu fördern.
