Die WVGK hat zum Zweck für ihre Mitglieder im Versorgungsgebiet Kappel in der Gemeinde Kappel am Albis: a) Wasserversorgungsanlagen zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu betreiben; b) Trink-, Brauch- und Löschwasser an Bezüger abzugeben; c) Sicherstellung der Wasserversorgung gemäss Wasserversorgungsreglement der Gemeinde Kappel am Albis.Die Erzielung eines Geschäftsgewinnes ist nicht beabsichtigt
