Company Purpose

Regionale Wasserbeschaffung nach Delegationsbeschluss des Regierungsrates gemäss Regierungsratsbeschluss Nr.620 vom 22.02.1977; Wasserförderung und Wasseraufbereitung; Wasserabgabe an die Aktionäre; Erstellung, Unterhalt und Betrieb der dafür notwendigen Anlagen; Schaffung und Erhaltung der nötigen Schutzzonen. Die Gesellschaft kann Grund und Boden sowie die zum Betrieb des Werkes notwendigen Anlagen und Konzessionen erwerben, sich an anderen Wasserwerken beteiligen oder mit Dritten im Rahmen seiner Zweckbestimmung Verträge abschliessen oder bei Bedarf neue regionale Anlagen laut Grundvertrag erstellen.
