Company Purpose
Bezweckt aktive Wirtschaftsförderung, indem sie im Sinne der Bestimmungen in der Stiftungsurkunde junge Leute, die Erfinder- und Pioniergeist zeigen und mittels einer Kapitalgesellschaft (AG oder GmbH) ein leistungsorientiertes Unternehmen mit einem voraussehbaren Wachstumspotenzial anstreben, mit finanziellen Mitteln ("seed money") unterstützt. Ferner bezweckt die Stiftung ebenfalls im Sinne der Bestimmungen in der Stiftungsurkunde die Verleihung eines Preises an eine Person, die etwas Entscheidendes zur Bekämpfung der Krebskrankheit oder einer andern schweren Krankheit getan hat.
