Company Purpose
Schutz der Arbeitnehmer der zur Frey-Gruppe gehörenden Firmen, einschliesslich der hauptamtlich tätigen Verwaltungsräte, gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und vorzeitigem Tod, umfassend auch die Vorsorge gemäss BVG. In die Stiftung können Arbeitnehmer von Gesellschaften, die wirtschaftlich oder rechtlich eng mit der Ernst FreyAG oder der Helfenstein + NattererAG verbunden sind, aufgenommen werden.
