Company Purpose
Führung einer Evidenzzentrale über Kredit-, Leasing- und Kreditkarteninteressenten sowie über Verpflichtungen und Bonität von Kreditnehmern, Leasingnehmern und Karteninhabern. Führung einer Clearingstelle zur elektronischen Bewirtschaftung der Verfügung 178 „Halterwechsel verboten" gemäss Art. 80 VZV (Verkehrszulassungsverordnung). Der Verein kann auf Beschluss der GV die ZEK unter Wahrung der bankengesetzlichen Geheimhaltungspflicht und des Datenschutzes in eigener Rechnung führen oder durch Drittfirmen führen lassen.
