Company Purpose

Der Verein verfolgt folgenden Zweck: Führung einer Informationsstelle für Konsumkredit im Sinne von Art. 23 des Bundesgesetzes vom 23. März 2001 über den Konsumkredit (KKG); zu diesem Zweck Betrieb einer Evidenzzentrale mit sämtlichen Daten, welche gemäss Art. 25 bis 27 KKG der Informationsstelle für Konsumkredit gemeldet werden müssen. Der Verein kann auf Beschluss der Generalversammlung die Informationsstelle für Konsumkredit unter Wahrung der Geheimhaltungspflicht und des Datenschutzes ganz oder teilweise in eigener Rechnung führen oder durch eine Drittfirma führen lassen.
