Die Liegenschaft in Klosters wird den Schulen von Basel-Stadt für die Durchführung von Schul- und Ferienkolonien sowie Skilagern zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Zwischensaison und bei mangelnder Auslastung durch die Schulen kann die Liegenschaft auch an andere Institutionen oder an private Benützer und Benützerinnen vermietet werden.
