Company Purpose
Die UGZ bezweckt die berufliche Personalvorsorge im Rahmen des Bundesgesetzes über die berufliche Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge (BVG) und dessen Ausführungsbestimmungen für die Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer der ihr angeschlossenen Firmen. Die UGZ erbringt Leistungen bei Invalidität, Tod und im Alter. Die UGZ kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, einschliesslich Unterstützung in Notlagen, wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit und auch die freiwillige Vorsorge gemäss Art. 4 BVG durchführen.
