Company Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung von Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, insbesondere in den Bereichen: Aus- und Weiterbildung von Psychiatern und Psychologen; Beteiligung an entsprechenden wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und Projekten; Ausrichtung von Preisen für entsprechende Leistungen. Der Stiftungsrat entscheidet bezüglich der Berücksichtigung der einzelnen vorgenannten Teilzwecke nach seinem Ermessen. Die Stiftung kann zur Verfolgung ihres Zweckes mit anderen Institutionen zusammenarbeiten. Die Tätigkeit der Stiftung erfolgt ausschliesslich auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage.
