Company Purpose
Erwerb, Restaurierung und dauernde Erhaltung und Pflege der Gebäude der unteren Mühle Lyss (Lyss-Gbbl Nrn. 682 und 684) im Sinne der Denkmalpflege, Finanzierung und Durchführung der Restauration des Gebäude-Ensembles untere Mühle, kostengünstige Zurverfügungstellung von Räumen in der unteren Mühle für kulturelle und soziale Zwecke sowie für Zwecke der Bildung. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
