Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt, die Führung des Textilmuseums in der der Stiftung durch die Stifterin gewidmeten Liegenschaft an der Vadianstrasse 2 in 9000 St.Gallen und die Pflege des ihr in der Folge nach der Stiftungserrichtung durch die Stiftung der Industrie- und Handelskammer St.Gallen-Appenzell weiter zugewendeten Sammlungsbestandes (Textilsammlung und Bibliotheksbestand) auf Dauer sicherzustellen. Die Stifterin behält sich eine Zweckänderung nach Art. 86a Abs. 1 ZGB vor. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
