Sie leistet hierzu einen Beitrag zur zur Ansiedlung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentren an dessen Standorten. Die Stiftung verfolgt einen öffentlichen und gemeinnützigen Zweck. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an. Die Stiftung kann sämtliche Aktivitäten entwickeln, die der Erreichung ihrer Zielsetzung förderlich sind.
