Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des Erwerbs und Baus von Wohnraum durch gemeinnützige Wohnbauträger gemäss Definition des Bundesamtes für Wohnungswesen sowie den Erhalt von gemeinnützigen Wohnbauträgern zur Sicherung und Erhöhung des Bestandes an gemeinnützigem Wohnraum. Sie kann sich zu diesem Zweck an gemeinnützigen Wohnbauträgern mit Eigenkapital beteiligen und Anteilscheine oder Aktienkapital zeichnen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an. Das Tätigkeitsgebiet der Stiftung ist die ganze Schweiz.
