Company Purpose

Die Stiftung dient der Förderung des gemeinnützigen, insbesondere genossenschaftlichen Wohnungsbaus sowie der Mithilfe bei der finanziellen Sanierung notleidender gemeinnütziger Wohnbauträger. Sie unterstützt primär kapitalschwache aber entwicklungsfähige, gemeinnützige Wohnträger, förderungswürdige Pilotprojekte und Modellvorhaben sowie Aktivitäten und Projekte, welche alle darauf abzielen, den Marktanteil an gemeinnützigem, insbesondere genossenschaftlichem Wohnraum zu erhöhen, mindestens aber zu erhalten. Durch die Unterstützung soll der gemeinnützige Wohnungsbau auch in qualitativer Hinsicht verbessert werden.
