Company Purpose

1.2 Die Stiftung hat zum Zweck, an fähige, bedürftige ausländische Studierende der Universität und der ETH Zürich Stipendien auszurichten. Die Einzelheiten der Stipendiengewährung werden baldmöglichst nach Entstehung der Stiftung durch ein vom Stiftungsrat zu erlassendes Stipendienreglement festgelegt. Der Stiftungsrat hat auch die Abänderungskompetenz bezüglich des Stipendienreglementes, wobei das Abänderungsverfahren darin festzulegen ist. 1.3 Mittel der Stiftung sind Anfangsvermögen (welches unmittelbar für den Stiftungszweck in Anspruch genommen werden darf), ihre Vermögenserträgnisse, allfällige spätere Zuwendungen des Stifters (Liquidationsergebnis) sowie Zuwendungen Dritter (Beiträge der Studierenden und Professorenschaft beider Hochschulen, besondere Aktionen, Sammlungen usw.). 1.4 Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
