Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt den Bau, Betrieb und Unterhalt von Alterswohnungen. Der Betrieb des Unternehmens soll selbsttragend sein. Unterhalt, Betrieb und Verzinsung der nichtsubventionierten Anlagekosten sollte durch Mietzinsen gedeckt werden. Die Wohnungen sind in erster Linie an betagte, nicht pflegebedürftige Einwohner von Männedorf zu vermieten. Zulässig sind auch ergänzende Nutzungen, wenn sie den Mietern zur Benützung offen stehen und für sie die Attraktivität der Siedlungen erhöhen. Solche Dienstleistungsbetriebe dürfen auch der Allgemeinheit zugänglich sein. Die Politische Gemeinde kann der Stiftung auch weitere Bauten und Einrichtungen zugunsten der Betagten übertragen.
