Company Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung ist Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie die Beschaffung von Mitteln für die Unterstützung der Engelberger Sportmittelschule, welche durch die Schweizerische Sportmittelschule Engelberg AG (SSE AG) operativ geführt wird. Die Stiftung hält Aktien der SSE AG. Weiter bezweckt sie die Finanzierung des Schulgeldes für Schülerinnen und Schüler von finanziell schwächer gestellten Eltern. Die Stiftung kann Grundeigentum sowie Immobilien kaufen, verkaufen und erstellen. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen und öffentlichen Charakter und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
