Company Purpose

Die Stiftung fördert und errichtet Siedlungen und erbringt Dienstleistungen aller Art für Betagte und Behinderte bzw. Pflegebedürftige, prioritär aus der Gemeinde Arth. Sie kann diese Aufgabe mit dem Vermögen ganz oder teilweise an eine andere Trägerschaft mit gemeinnützigem Charakter oder an eine öffentlichrechtliche Körperschaft übertragen. Zur Erfüllung ihres Zwecks kann sich die Stiftung mit einer anderen Stiftung oder gemeinnützigen Organisation zusammenschliessen oder sich an einer anderen Organisation oder einem anderen Unternehmen beteiligen. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
