Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die berufliche, arbeitsmässige und soziale Eingliederung von Menschen mit psychischen und physischen Behinderungen sowie von Arbeits- und Erwerblosen. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes kann sich die Stiftung an einer oder mehreren juristischen Personen beteiligen und ihre operative Tätigkeit diesen juristischen Personen übergeben, welche denselben oder einen ähnlichen Zweck wie die Stiftung verfolgen. Die Stiftung kann auch selbst Arbeits- und Wohnmöglichkeiten betreiben und andere Institutionen in diesen Bereichen unterstützen. Sie arbeitet eng mit öffentlichen und privaten Institutionen mit gleicher oder ähnlicher Zielsetzung zusammen. Zur Erreichung dieses Zweckes kann die Stiftung Liegenschaften erwerben, Bauten erstellen, mieten, belehnen oder veräussern.
