Company Purpose

Etablieren eines spartenübergreifenden Kulturzentrums in der Lokremise in St.Gallen, zur Verfügung stellen der Lokremise für Dauernutzung verschiedener kultureller Institutionen aus dem Kanton St.Gallen (nachfolgend "Partnerinstitutionen" genannt) für kulturelle Veranstaltungen aller Art; Partnerinstitutionen sollen in der Lokremise ihr eigenständiges Profil pflegen, aber gleichzeitig das vorhandene Kooperationspotenzial für Entwicklung und Realisierung gemeinschaftlicher Projekte nutzen. Die Stiftung sorgt ferner für Nutzung der Gastroeinrichtung in der Lokremise und eine angemessene gastronomische Versorgung des Kulturzentrum; sie stellt die Lokremise zur Nutzung an Dritte zur Verfügung für Veranstaltungen aus den Bereichen Kultur, Bildung, Politik und Wirtschaft oder für private Anlässe; die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
