Company Purpose

Die Stiftung betreibt das Kulturmuseum St.Gallen. Sie fördert durch ein attraktives Ausstellungs- und Vermittlungsangebot das Verständnis für kulturhistorische Zusammenhänge. Die Stiftung sammelt historische Kulturobjekte zu Stadt und Kanton St.Gallen sowie zu verschiedenen Ethnien weltweit. Die Stiftung bewahrt ihre Bestände fachgerecht, macht sie der Öffentlichkeit durch Dauer-, Wechsel- und Sonderausstellungen, Referate und Publikationen zugänglich und erschliesst sie wissenschaftlich. Sie erweitert die Sammlung im Rahmen ihrer finanziellen Möglichkeiten.
