Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt in erster Linie die Organisation und Durchführung des Polyballs der ETH Zürich. Sie organisiert oder unterstützt weitere studentische Anlässe, insbesondere jene des Verbandes der Studierenden an der ETH (VSETH) und der Studierendenschaft der Universität Zürich. Weiter kann sie andere gemeinnützige Anlässe unterstützen oder ausrichten, wenn dazu genügend Ressourcen bestehen. Die Stiftung kann weitere private Anlässe unterstützen oder Material für festliche Aktivitäten vermieten, wenn für diese Ressourcen und Kompetenzen bestehen, diese nicht defizitär ausgerichtet sind und allfällige Erträge dem Stiftungszweck zu Gute kommen. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter.
