Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung gemeinnütziger Tätigkeit in der Stadt Zürich, aber auch im Kanton Zürich. Sie kann gesellschaftliche und soziale Projekte unterstützen und Zuwendungen an Personen oder Institutionen vergeben. Sie kann Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Wohnen im Alter und Alterspflege vorab und bis auf weiteres durch den Betrieb des Alters- und Pflegewohnheims Neumünster entfalten. Sie wahrt auf dieser Grundlage das historische Gedankengut der 1831 gegründeten Gemeinnützigen Gesellschaft Neumünster. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke. Zur Zweckerreichung kann sie gewinnbringende Tätigkeiten ausüben sowie Immobilien halten, erwerben oder veräussern.
