Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt generell die Förderung (inter)kulturellen Schaffens aller Bereiche, wobei auch wissenschaftliche, entwicklungspolitische und soziale Anliegen nicht ausgeschlossen sind. Es können ferner Beiträge an Personen und Institutionen in der Schweiz und im Ausland im Rahmen des Stiftungszweckes ausgerichtet werden. Im besonderen kann dies folgende Aufgaben beinhalten: bis auf weiteres den Betrieb des "Gartenflügels" Ziegelbrücke in Glarus Nord, Galerie und kulturelles Forum, solange diese Räumlichkeiten oder allenfalls ein Ersatz zur Verfügung stehen und im Rahmen des Stiftungszwecks benützt werden; Durchführung von oder Beteiligung an Ausstellungen oder anderen kulturellen Veranstaltungen (wie z.B. Vorträge, Konzerte, Theater etc.) und Projekten;Unterstützung (inter)kultureller Organisationen, Kulturschaffender und von Veranstaltungen oder Projekten Dritter; Förderung von Begegnung und Verständnis zwischen verschiedenen Kulturen; Durchführung oder Unterstützung von Projekten in Entwicklungsländern; Unterstützung sozialer Projekte und Organisationen.
