Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt, Studierenden der Universität Zürich und der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule, Zürich ein oder mehrere Studentenhäuser zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung Gebäude auf zu Eigentum erworbenem oder im Baurecht zur Verfügung gestelltem Boden errichten, Stockwerkeigentum erwerben, bereits bestehende Gebäude kaufen, umbauen oder mieten oder ihre Errichtung auf jede andere Weise erleichtern. Die Stiftung kann ferner Verwaltung und Betrieb der von ihr errichteten, gekauften, gemieteten oder sonst dem Stiftungszweck dienenden Gebäude und Stockwerke oder Teile von solchen sowie einzelnen Zimmern besorgen.
