Company Purpose

Die Stiftung für Hilfeleistungen an Arbeitnehmende bezweckt: Unterstützung an Arbeitnehmende oder ehemalige Arbeitnehmende der Firmen, die als Einzel- oder Kollektivmitglied dem Arbeitgeberverband Basel bzw. seiner Ausgleichskasse angehören oder angehörten, insbesondere in folgenden Fällen: Ganz- oder Teilarbeitslosigkeit, Zahlungsunfähigkeit des Arbeitgebers und Umschulung oder Weiterbildung. Zuwendungen an soziale Institutionen, welche zum Zweck der Unterstützung von Arbeitnehmnden oder ihren Angehörigen geschaffen wurden.
