Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Vorbereitung und Verwirklichung von zusätzlichen Versicherungsaufgaben durch die Helsana, die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Mittel, die Gründung sowie organisatorische und materielle Überwachung von Institutionen, die einem erweiterten Versicherungsangebot durch die Helsana dienen. Sie bezweckt ausserdem die Förderung der sozialen Krankenversicherung und der Personalvorsorge der Helsana.
