Company Purpose

Schutz, Pflege und Wiederherstellung des überlieferten, erhaltungswürdigen Stadt- und Ortsbildes, einschliesslich einzelner Bauten und ihrer Teile, Grünflächen und Parkanlagen und Förderung einer sinnvollen und ästhetisch befriedigenden städtebaulichen Weiterentwicklung. Die Stiftung kann Liegenschaften, Anteile an Liegenschaften sowie einzelne Bauteile erwerben und veräussern, sich geeignete dingliche und andere Rechte einräumen lassen, Beiträge an Konservierungen, Restaurierungen, Renovierungen, Um- und Neubauten gewähren, Beratungen in baulichen, rechtlichen und weiteren Fragen leisten.
