Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt das Halten der Parzellen Albisriederstrasse/Püntstrasse in 8047 Zürich und Holderbachweg in 8046 Zürich, den Betrieb, den Unterhalt, die Verwaltung und Vermietung dieser Liegenschaften sowie die Verpachtung des Restaurants Friedbrunnen. Als Mieter bzw. Mieterinnen kommen Betagte, Jugendliche und Familien mit bescheidenem Einkommen in Frage. Die Stiftung ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebend. Mit dem Ziel einer auch langfristig ausgeglichenen Rechnung der Stiftung nach anerkannten kaufmännischen Grundsätzen erfolgt die Vermietung der Wohnungen zu kostendeckenden Konditionen. Die Stiftung kann weitere Grundstücke in der Stadt Zürich erwerben, überbauen, unterhalten und verwalten.
