Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung von Jugendlichen und von Menschen mit Behinderung. Zur Erfüllung dieses Zwecks richtet die Stiftung nach Ermessen oder aufgrund von zu diesem Zweck erlassenen Reglementen Leistungen aus an die von den Stiftungen AH-Basel, LBB Lehrbetriebe Basel und WohnWerk betriebenen Institutionen. Die Stiftung kann ihren Zweck auch durch Beiträge an andere natürliche oder juristische Personen verfolgen. Die Destinatäre haben keinen klagbaren Anspruch auf Leistungen.
