Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Entschädigung von Personen, die nachweislich infolge eines in der Schweiz durch Asbest verursachten Mesothelioms geschädigt wurden. Sie kann in Härtefällen auch bei anderen schweren Asbesterkrankungen Entschädigungen entrichten. Die Stiftung unterstützt die Errichtung und den Betrieb eines Care Service, welcher Personen mit nachweislichen Asbestschäden und deren nahe Angehörige psychosozial betreut, berät und Rechtsberatung vermitteln kann. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
