Company Purpose

Der Hauptzweck der Stiftung ist die Abdeckung von Wohn-, Betreuungs- und Pflegebedürfnissen älterer Personen, welche Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner der Gemeinden Therwil, Biel-Benken und Ettingen sind. Insbesondere betreibt die Stiftung Blumenrain ambulante, intermediäre und stationäre Angebote. Sie kann im Rahmen des Hauptzweckes zudem dezentrale betreute Wohnungen und Spitexdienste anbieten, ebenso weitere Dienstleistungen für ältere Personen und ihre Angehörigen. Das Wohn-, Pflege- und Dienstleistungsangebot kann die Stiftung auch auf Unterstützungs- und Pflegebedürftige jeden Alters der genannten Gemeinden ausdehnen. Sofern es die Kapazitäten der Stiftung erlauben, kann die Stiftung ihre Leistungen auch gegenüber Personen erbringen, die in anderen Gemeinden wohnen.
