Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt den Bau und Betrieb von Alterswohnungen sowie von stationären und ambulanten Pflegeangeboten in Meilen. Im Pflegebereich handelt sie im Auftrag der Gemeinde gestützt auf § 39 des Gesetzes über das Gesundheitswesen (Gesundheitsgesetz) von 4. November 1962 (geltende Fassung). Die Stiftung kann sich an weiteren Heimen und Siedlungen beteiligen. Die Stiftung wird nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen geführt.
