Company Purpose

Förderung des kulturellen Schaffens sowie Pflege und Vermittlung des überlieferten und zeitgenössischen Kulturgutes in allen Kantonsteilen, namentlich durch Förderungsbeiträge an Kulturschaffende mit Wohnsitz im Kanton oder für Werke mit st. gallischem Thema; finanzielle Leistungen an Anlässe mit kultureller Ausstrahlung in grössere Gebiete des Kantons, z.B. durch Aufführungen künstlerischer Werke oder durch Darbietungen von Brauchtum und Volkskultur; Stützungsbeiträge für kulturelle Aktivitäten in abgelegenen Gegenden des Kantons; Beiträge an Einrichtung, Ausstattung und ausnahmsweise an den Betrieb regional bedeutender Stätten oder Darstellungen st. gallischen Kulturschaffens, welche die geistige Auseinandersetzung und die Begegnung zwischen verschiedenen Bevölkerungsgruppen anregen.
