Company Purpose
Die Gesellschaft bezweckt die Übernahme von Brokermandaten für die Verwaltung und Platzierung von Versicherungsportefeuilles - vorwiegend aus dem Kreis der SRB-Mitglieder (SRB Schweizerische Stiftung für Risikoberatung) - gegen durchlaufende Courtage. Sie kann als Versicherungsnehmerin für die Rechnung Dritter, z.B. für Berufs- oder Branchenverbände, aus dem Kreis der SRB-Mitglieder auftreten. Sie kann alle anderen Geschäfte tätigen, die in ihren Geschäftsbereich fallen, und alle Massnahmen treffen, die geeignet sind, die Erreichung des Gesellschaftszweckes zu fördern oder zu erleichtern.
