Company Purpose

Zweck der Genossenschaft ist die Verwaltung, der Betrieb und der Unterhalt der Genossenschaftsanlagen wie: Abwartshaus (Grundstück Nr. 546, Versicherungs-Nr. 1295), Zentrale Heizungs- und Wasserversorgung, inkl. Fernleitungen gemäss Details im Betriebsreglement, interne Kanalisationsanlagen, internes Abfallhäuschen, zwei Tiefgaragen für Autos mit einer Waschbox, Zivilschutzräume, Veloräume, Parkplätze im Freien, Schwimmbad, Clubraum, Sauna-Anlagen, Kindergarten (neben Clubraum), Verkehrsflächen (Strassen, Plätze, Wege und Treppen), Kinderspielplätze und weitere Grünflächen (gemäss Grundbucheintrag vom 25.10.1993, Unterbeleg 528a). Verwaltung, Betrieb und Unterhalt der Genossenschaftsanlagen haben nach kaufmännischen und umweltschonenden Prinzipien zu erfolgen. Die Anlagen sind insbesondere fachgemäss zu warten.
