Company Purpose

Die Gesellschaft bezweckt den Betrieb des Geschäftshauses, das unter der Bezeichnung "SIA-Haus" ein Zentrum für Ingenieure und Architekten ist. Bei der Vermietung des SIA-Hauses ist in erster Linie den Interessen des Schweizerischen Ingenieur- und Architekten-Vereins (SIA) Rechnung zu tragen. Dem SIA steht ein Vormietrecht gemäss näherer Umschreibung in den Statuten zu. Die Gesellschaft kann weitere Liegenschaften erwerben und mit Liegenschaften Handel betreiben sowie auch andere in ihrem Interesse oder in demjenigen des Standes der Ingenieure und Architekten liegende Unternehmungen ins Leben rufen oder sich an solchen beteiligen. Sie kann im Weiteren alle Geschäfte vornehmen, die mit dem Gesellschaftszweck direkt oder indirekt zusammenhängen oder ihn zu fördern geeignet sind.
