Company Purpose

Die Zwecke des Verbandes sind: a) ein gesundes Kreditwesen zu fördern; b) die Mitglieder und Gläubiger durch Bereitstellung einer gemeinsamen Datenbasis vor wirtschaftlichen Verlusten zu schützen; c) auf dem Wege des Mahnverfahrens säumige Schuldner zur Bezahlung ihrer Schulden aufzufordern; d) die Gläubigerinteressen in Gesetzgebung, Politik und Öffentlichkeit zu vertreten. Zur Zweckerreichung kann der Verband alle kommerziellen, finanziellen, wirtschaftspolitischen und anderen Tätigkeiten ausüben, welche mit seinem Zweck in direktem oder indirektem Zusammenhang stehen. Er kann insbesondere Tochtergesellschaften errichten.
