Company Purpose

Das "Alte Rathaus", im Weiler Schwänberg, Herisau, samt Umschwung zu erwerben, um seine architektonisch wertvolle Substanz vor dem Verfall zu bewahren, dieses Objekt nach denkmalpflegerischen Grundsätzen zu restaurieren und auszubauen und den Saal und weitere Räume von kulturhistorischer Bedeutung innert den Schranken einer sinnvollen Nutzung und einer breiteren Oeffentlichkeit zugänglich zu machen. Sie unterstützt Bestrebungen, das Umfeld des "Alten Rathauses" in seiner baulichen Eigenart zu erhalten und das Siedlungsbild vor verfremdenden Eingriffen zu schützen.
