Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Äufnung zusätzlicher Altersleistungen für die nachstehend bezeichneten Destinatäre, sowie die Fürsorge gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von unverschuldeter Notlage, Unfall, Krankheit und Tod. Destinatäre sind die Arbeitnehmer der Firma und weiterer Unternehmungen, die mit dieser wirtschaftlich eng verbunden sind, sowie ihre Angehörigen und Personen, für die der Arbeitnehmer zu seinen Lebzeiten in erheblichem Umfang gesorgt hat. Aus dem Stiftungsvermögen und seinen Erträgnissen dürfen weder Gratifikationen, Teuerungs- oder ähnliche Lohnzulagen noch irgendwelche Leistungen erbracht werden, zu denen die Firma gesetzlich oder vertraglich verpflichtet ist.
