Company Purpose
Die Stiftung verfolgt folgende Zwecke: 1. den römisch-katholischen Gläubigen der Pfarrei St. Verena den regelmässigen Gottesdienst zu ermöglichen und für sie die Seelsorge und Fürsorge im weiteren Sinne sicherzustellen; 2. nach Massgabe ihrer finanziellen Möglichkeiten die Ausübung der Werke des Apostolates und der Caritas, vor allem gegenüber den Armen (vgl. e 1254 P. 2 CIC) auch über die Grenzen der Pfarrei hinaus wahrzunehmen. 3. zudem kann sie weitere Grundstücke innerhalb der politischen Gemeinde Stäfa erwerben und diese mit Bauten für kirchliche Zwecke überbauen.
