Bezweckt gemäss näherer Umschreibung in der Stiftungsurkunde die einmalige oder periodische finanzielle Unterstützung von Jugendlichen mit Wohnsitz in der Gemeinde Turbenthal, die einen Beruf erlernen oder eine höhere Schule besuchen möchten. Beiträge sind auch an eine Umschulung oder Weiterbildung möglich. Angehörige auswärts wohnender Stahel, die Bürger von Turbenthal sind, können ebenfalls berücksichtigt werden.
